A value-driven hospitality professional with a track record of accomplishment in fostering diverse collaborative relationships. With a total of ten years in the industry and five years owning and operating a business within it, the relevant skills are honed yet constantly improving. Roman has worked at bars all over the country- including: Los Angeles, Orange County, New York City, and Northern Michigan. His inspiration comes from each of those experiences and all the bartenders he's ever worked with. The focus recently, has been on creating dazzling presentations with edible florals, botanicals, flowering herbs, and other ingredients with vibrant colors.
