Founder and owner of The Bartending Company, Roman Albaugh has an extensive background in the food, beverage and hospitality industry. Born in Traverse City, Roman has recently returned home after gaining a wealth of experience managing bar programs for prominent bars and restaurants in the Los Angeles area.
Roman’s goal with The Bartending Co. is to create novel experiences with creativity and class. He believes in quality over quantity and in using local ingredients wherever possible.
